What is Teamix?
Teamix helps the person who organises a weekly football game stop arguing about teams. Add your group's players, rate their skills privately, pick who is playing this week, and Teamix proposes several balanced team options. The group votes, the organiser confirms, and the match and its score are saved.

How does Teamix balance teams?
Teamix splits this week's players into two even teams using these rules:
- Four skills. The group's admins privately rate each player from 1 to 10 on physical, defence, attack and vision. Teamix uses the average.
- Positions spread evenly. Each team gets a similar mix of defenders, midfielders and attackers. A player can have several positions.
- Goalkeepers split. Up to two goalkeepers, one per team; the stronger one goes to the weaker team.
- Pairs kept together. Players marked to stay together land on the same team.
- Several options, on purpose. Teamix generates different, equally valid splits; the group votes and an admin confirms.

What doesn't Teamix do?
So there are no surprises:
- It doesn't run leagues or tournaments.
- It doesn't book pitches or courts.
- It doesn't handle payments between players.
- It doesn't track attendance or replace the group chat.
- It doesn't use AI: teams are balanced by an algorithm.
